Lotto player wins $1 million

One lucky Lotto player from Auckland will be celebrating after winning $1 million with Lotto First Division in Saturday night's live Lotto draw.

The winning ticket was sold on MyLotto.

Powerball was not struck last night and has rolled over to Wednesday night, where the jackpot will be $10 million.

Strike Four was also won last night by a player from Kumeu, who took home $400,000. The winning Strike ticket was sold at New World Kumeu in Kumeu.

Seventeen Lotto players will be feeling on top of the world after each winning $18,407 with Lotto Second Division in last night's live Lotto draw.

Two lucky players also won Powerball Second Division, taking their total winnings to $28,541. The winning Powerball Second Division tickets were sold on MyLotto to players from the Waikato and Wellington.

The winning Second Division tickets were sold at Caltex Cavendish Drive – Auckland, MyLotto (X2) – Auckland, MyLotto (X2) (+PB) – Waikato, Welcome Bay Four Square – Tauranga, MyLotto (X2) – Gisborne, MyLotto –Taranaki, Paper Plus Select Pahiatua – Pahiatua, MyLotto (X2) (+PB) – Wellington, MyLotto – Marlborough, Tinwald Supervalue – Ashburton, MyLotto – Canterbury, Mosgiel New World – Mosgiel, and Countdown Gore – Gore.

Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above winning stores should write their name on the back and check their ticket at any Lotto NZ outlet, online at mylotto.co.nz or through the Lotto NZ App.
