BOP Lotto player scoops $150,000

A Bay of Plenty Lotto player will be smiling today after winning $150,000.

The player is one of two to take home a share of Strike Four from Lotto's Wednesday night draw.

The winning Strike tickets were sold at New World New Lynn in Auckland and Brookfield Foodmart and Lotto in Tauranga.

Meanwhile, four players from Auckland, New Plymouth, Rangitikei and Wellington will be feeling on top of the world after each winning $250,000 with Lotto First Division.

The winning tickets were sold at Highpoint Temptations Lotto in Auckland, Pak n Save New Plymouth in New Plymouth, Capital Mart in Wellington and on MyLotto to a player from Rangitikei.

"Powerball was not struck this evening and has rolled over to Saturday night, where the jackpot will be $18 million," says a Lotto spokesperson.

"Menz Sheds bring Kiwi blokes together to learn and share woodworking skills and contribute to their local communities, helping them stay active and healthy in body and mind after retirement. Every time you play Lotto NZ's games, you're a Kiwi helping other Kiwis.

"Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above winning stores should check their ticket immediately at any Lotto outlet, online at mylotto.co.nz or through the Lotto NZ App."
